If you need technical support for a boiler you're working on, just call the Baxi Customer Support technical helpline on 0344 871 1545. Make sure you have your Gas Safe registration number handy.

When you are maintaining a boiler, make sure you always use Baxi Genuine Parts. They are tested and approved for use in our boilers and come with a warranty. Remember that copies may be poor quality, unreliable and dangerous. Our award-winning team of experts can help you find a part or your local stockist.
